Our mainline is available from Monday to Sunday, 9am to 6pm Please give us at least 3 working days confirmation and all delivery time is based on first come first serve basis.

How do I know if my online order went through?
Once you have submitted the online order, you will receive an email notification. Your catering consultant will contact you again within 2 working days to confirm your preferred delivery time.
Can I do Self-Collection? Where will the place be at?
Self-Collection is available. You may place the online order with us and collect it on your preferred date at:
Who can I look for on the day of delivery?
Please contact Orange Clove Mainline at 6515 0991 from 9am to 6pm daily. Alternatively, you may contact our delivery captain directly. An SMS with his details would have been sent to you a day before the delivery.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
If you have placed an online order with us, cancellation of order is not allowed.
Through Phone/ Email
If you have placed your order through phone/ email, please contact your sales personnel or 6515 0991 to check for cancellation policies.
In any cases of refund needed, it will take at least 4 weeks to process.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Minimum order is 10 guests, served in microwavable containers. For tables & warmers set-up, minimum order will be 30 guests.
