Where do you deliver to?

We offer island-wide delivery, although there are certain areas where we may not be able to deliver. Orders to those areas will be subject to approval.

What are your hotline operating hours?

Our hotline is available from Monday to Sunday, 9am to 6pm. Please give us at least 3 working days for confirmation and do note that all delivery timeslots are based on a first come first serve basis.

How do I know if my online order went through?

Once you have submitted the online order, you will receive an email notification. Our catering consultant will contact you via email or call within 2 working days to confirm your preferred delivery time and payment details.

Can I do Self-Collection? Where will the place be at?

Who can I look for on the day of delivery?

You may contact our delivery captain directly. You will receive an SMS with his contact details 1 day before the delivery date. Alternatively, please contact Orange Clove hotline at 6515 0991 (9am to 6pm daily).

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, kindly contact your Sales Consultant directly or reach out to us at 6515 0991 at least 3 days prior to the delivery date.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Most of our menus have a minimum requirement of more than 10 guests. For menus with set-up, the minimum order is for 30 guests.

What are the payment modes accepted?

  • Orange Clove accepts payment via PayNowCredit CardDebit Card (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX) or Cheque upon delivery (Only available for Corporate Orders – cheques must be crossed and made payable to “Orange Clove Catering Pte Ltd”) only. All payments have to be made in full at least 2 working days before an event.
  • A 3% administrative charge will be levied for payments by credit & debit cards. The prevailing GST is chargeable on top of the administrative charge.
  • All self-collection orders and delivery to non-residential addresses must be paid full in advance.
