  • Is there a minimum order amount?
    Most of our menus have a minimum requirement of more than 10 guests. For menus with set-up, the minimum order is for 30 guests.
  • Do you accept last-minute orders?
    We have the ability to cater up to 3 hours before your event, depending on the availability of delivery timings. Call us for immediate assistance at 6515 0991 for last-minute orders.
  • I am experiencing problems with my account. How do I resolve it?
    Please call us at 6515 0991. Our friendly catering consultants will be able to assist you quickly.
  • I made an order and need to update it now. How do I go about it?
    If you do not have a dedicated catering consultant, give us a call at 6515 0991. Should you have a catering consultant assigned to your order, it will be best to contact him/her directly.
  • How do I know if my online order went through?
    Once you have submitted the online order, you will receive an email notification. Our catering consultant will contact you via email or call within 2 working days to confirm your preferred delivery time and payment details.
