    Trust us with that. To top it off, we offer event planning services so you can have peace of mind! We have catered to up to 10,000 guests in a single event. Take a look at our Gallery for some of the events we have delivered.
  • What is the difference between buffet and mini buffet catering?
    Our Buffet with Setup orders come with tables and warmer setups. For Mini Buffet orders, food will be served in microwavable containers, making it the perfect choice for gatherings with less than 30 guests.
  • Is Orange Clove Halal?

  • I want a customised menu. How can I request that?
    Give us a call at 6515 0991 and let us surprise you with our creativity!
  • What are your hotline operating hours?
    Our hotline is available from Monday to Sunday, 9am to 6pm. Please give us at least 3 working days for confirmation and do note that all delivery timeslots are based on a first come first serve basis.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We offer island-wide delivery, although there are certain areas where we may not be able to deliver. Orders to those areas will be subject to approval. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
  • How will you recognise me?
    Your delivery captain will be calling you upon arrival. While he might not be able to recognise you at one glance, it will be very helpful should you be able to wave a friendly Hello!
  • Can I do self-collection?
    Self-collection is available at 2 locations:

  • How can delivery food taste great?
    We have the following to ensure great food and quality presented:
    – 1 Chef 1 Dish
    – 1 Hour from Preparation to Delivery
    – Constant R&D
    – Quality Above All
  • How long does your food last?
    In accordance with Singapore Food Agency’s guidelines, our food is best consumed within 3 hours upon delivery, without a warmer setup If you have ordered our drop-off package, and food is served in microwavable containers, we recommend consumption within 1 hour upon delivery.
  • What is the food portion provided?
    Our food portion is served at a 1:1 ratio (for countable items) as we use the freshest and highest quality ingredients for our dishes. As good food runs out fast, we would encourage you to ensure adequate quantity is being catered for your guests.
  • Do you have vegetarian options?
    Yes, we cater to a diverse range of dietary requirements. Contact your dedicated catering consultant for vegetarian options within a regular menu or for full-vegetarian menus.
  • Do you provide service staff?
    Yes, depending on your event requirement, engagement of service staff starts from $100/staff for 1st 4hours. Please call us at 6515 0991 for further queries.
  • Who can I look for on the day of delivery?
    You may contact our delivery captain directly. You will receive an SMS with his contact details one day before the delivery date. Alternatively, please contact Orange Clove hotline at 6515 0991 (9am to 6pm daily).
