Delivery charge applies and differs based on your order, location and extent of setup. For a detailed breakdown, please read the Terms and Conditions.
What are your delivery times?
We deliver from 8am to 7pm all year round, rain or shine. Please note the general delivery timings for the different categories:
– Buffet Catering (with Setup): from 10am
– Mini Buffet: from 8am
– Bento: from 8am
Can I arrange for earlier delivery?
We cater to your needs. If you need us to deliver beyond our usual timings, we can do so with nominal charges. Call to enquire!
What is the collection time for the buffet?
The buffet catering setup will be collected 4 hours from the time of delivery or 10:30pm, whichever is earlier.
Can I extend the collection time for my setup?
It is not advisable to do so as under Singapore Food Agency’s regulations, food is best consumed within 3 hours upon delivery.
Do you deliver to venues without direct lift access?
Due to the logistics challenge, surcharges apply for delivery to venues without lift landing as we will require additional help and effort to set up the different buffet components.
How much time is required for the buffet setup?
For typical Buffet with Setup orders, the setup will be completed within 30 min to 1 hour. However, the duration may vary depending on the complexity of the setup.
For orders that may require a longer setup time, your catering consultant will advise you accordingly.
