• Is there a delivery fee?
    Delivery charge applies and differs based on your order, location and extent of setup. For detailed breakdown, please read Terms and Conditions.
  • What are your delivery times?
    We deliver from 8am to 6.30pm all year round, rain or shine.
  • Can I arrange for earlier delivery?
    We cater to your needs. If you do need us to deliver beyond our usual timings (ie. before 7am), we will be able to do so with nominal charges. Call to enquire!
  • What is the time for buffet collection?
    We understand the need to entertain your guests. All catering setup will be collected max. 4 hours after delivery.
  • Can I extend the collection time for my setup?
    It is not advisable to do so as under Singapore Food Agency’s regulations, food is best consumed within 3 hours upon delivery.
  • What is the latest time I can request for buffet collection?
    10.30pm, or 4 hours after delivery, whichever is earlier.
  • What are your delivery limitations?
    Our Captains need some care too! Due to the logistics challenge, we do not deliver to any venues higher than level 2, without lift access. Gentle reminder that there will be restrictions during festive season, such as CNY, 7th Lunar Month and Christmas.
