How does our catering work?

When you have an upcoming event requiring catering, come online and look through our International Fusion Menu. It just takes a few simple clicks or a call at 6515 0991 to place an order.
2. We will notify you when we arrive at your door steps
3 simple steps to confirm the order. Our delivery captain will notify you when we arrive with your food.
3. Enjoy and mingle over awesome buffet spread
Now, all that is left is to sit down and enjoy this fuss-free, restaurant-standard meal. Don’t forget to feed us your feedback. It helps us get stronger.
What are your opening hours?
Our mainline is available from Monday to Sunday, 9am to 6.00pm. Please give us at least 3 working days confirmation and all delivery time is based on first come first serve basis.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the whole of Singapore.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery charges for Buffet Package with tables & warmers set-up is at $50.00 (before GST) and Drop-off menus or Bento is at $30.00 (before GST).
Additional surcharge of $10.00 (before GST) is applicable for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa and Jurong Island) and central areas denoted by the following 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson-01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard – 22, 23; Bras Basah – 18, 19

Is Orange Clove halal?
Definitely Halal to provide an inclusive experience for all.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Please let us know at least 2 working days before the event date.
For big catering orders, cancellation will be advised by your Account Manager.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimum order is 10pax. For tables & warmers set-up, minimum order will be 30pax
What is the food portion provided?
Our food portion is 1 to 1 with 10% buffer including countable items.
What are the payment modes accepted?
Cheque on delivery or Credit card charged 2 working days before the event date.
What happens to the ratings and feedback I give?
We will look into the policies and SOPs to prevent similar feedbacks from happening again. And if we spot a shining service star, we will celebrate their achievement.

Is my credit card information safe?
Absolutely. We process credit card payment through online Telemoney transactions. We will discard all credit card information once the transaction is successful.
