Just a general feedback, my colleagues and I really enjoyed this catering and were full of praises from the food quality to the whole set-up. This is by far the best catering I had. I could feel the effort that your chefs had put in. Not only did they make the food looks good, they ensured that the food quality was great as well. Your 2 delivery staff, Vivencio & Luzung were really courteous and quick in both the set-up and clear up. The decoration they made was impressive as well. Everything went well.
I'll definitely look for Orange Clove for future events , Cheers !

The food was generally up to expectation and the guests enjoy them. However I would like to feed back on the following:-
Mee Siam - noodles were too wet and soft
Thai glass noodle - too much liquid as a result lacked sour and spicy taste Most of the time Mee Siam is our favorite and often snapped up fast but today there were a lot of leftovers.
However, we will be happy to recommend your catering service to friends and relatives.

I would like to compliment Peter and Booz for their service on 31 Dec 2010 for our Company Year End Party Lunch. Both of them are friendly and helpful. Everything is well organised and displayed. They even helped to clear most of our "rubbish" after the event.
Overall, the food on that day was fine, just that some feedback that the prawns were not that fresh. It would be better if the Penne is being served as Spaghetti instead. Many of our staff was not used to Penne.

The food was great but most importantly, Miss Selene Chow was able to look into our special diet request. We have guests who are vegetarian and non-vegetarian, which is very common nowadays, hence we are delighted that Orange Clove is able to cater to our needs even on Xmas Eve. I would like to comment Miss Chow and the team for making the extra effort.
We will definitely order from Orange Clove again and look forward to see more variety of healthy Vegetarian dishes on the menu.

I was extremely pleased and impressed with every single part of Orange Clove involvement - the setting up, the food delivery, the layout, the food itself, even the cleanup - i've never been more impressed by a food catering service. Thank you for coordinating the buffet for StarHub. The food was very good, decorations all nicely done up and, the services rendered by the caterers were impressive! They did a great job! Please extend our appreciation to all the guys who helped out one way or another.

My guest were very impressed with the setup and the food by Orange Clove at my daughter’s 2 years old birthday. The raving praises from the guests made me a very wise host who made the right choice. The wasabi prawn and curry chicken were winners and ran out so much faster than the rest of the dishes, I like to suggest a bread basket to go along with the curry and it will be absolutely perfect!

As a host, I am concerned about the food I serve for my guest s at the party and I think good choice was made. We had lots of compliments about how good the food was!
The service by the salesperson was great and professional, I like to commend Ms. Mabel Lam for her help. She answered questions about the food and recommended just the right dishes for our party (a children’s birthday party). The service staff did a the set up and the collection very efficiently and I am very satisfied with the presentation of the food!
Even though the price is slightly higher than other caterer, I think the overall experience is very worthwhile.
Keep up the wonderful standard in service and food!

It was a satisfying catering experience with Orange Clove. All my guests were asking which catering company we ordered from as the food was nice. I will definitely order from you guys again and recommend to my relatives and friends! The only thing i like to suggest is increasing the beverage volume during the hotter season as it runs out pretty fast.

Everything went well and food was good, though i was too busy to eat most of the food. Presentation was well done up and overall service is well done. One thing we could have included in the menu was cheese with biscuits and the better fruits like grapes etc.. to cater for the Englishmen at the event. Will definitely consider your service again if i have any events like this. "
