1． Are we able to change some items from the menu

We are able to change a maximum of 3 items of the same costing.
Should the selected item to swop is of a higher value, surcharge will be applicable

3． How much notice do I need to give to place a booking

Booking is based on first come first served and a minimum of 72 hours is required to be entitled to the discounts.
We do have Buffet SOS delivery with minimum booking of 3 hours in advance subjected to avaliability of the menu item and time slots

4．What is the collection time for the buffet

Collection of buffet will be 4hours from time of delivery or 10.30pm whichever is earlier
Surcharge is applicable for collection after 10.30pm or the following day

5．Can I extend the collection time for my buffet

Extension of collection time will not be advisable as food is best consume within the stated duration.
Should you require an extension, do inform our sales person upon order and will be based on case to case basis.

6．What will be the quanity of food provided

Our food portion for catering is based on 1:1
Good food run out fast， hence do cater the exact number of guest you are expecting.

7．When is the latest I can make changes to my order

Amendments must be done 1 working day （before 12noon） before the event

8．Will there be cancellation charges if I need to cancel my order after confirmation

0% of the revenue if written notice is received not later than 2 working days before function date.
50% of the revenue if cancellation of event takes place 1 working day before function date.
100% of the revenue if cancellation of event takes place on the function date.

9．How is Mini Buffet different from normal buffet catering

Mini buffet is delivered in disposable containers and does not come with tables and warmers

10．What is the mode of payment

Payment must be make via cash or cheque upon delivery
Credit card payment is avaliable but transaction must be done 2 working days before the event
